Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your medicine order before it gets dispatched by our pharmacy team. Once the order is packed and dispatched for shipping, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

2. Returns Policy

Due to the temperature and storage requirements of pharmaceutical products, returns are only accepted in cases of:

• Damaged or tampered packaging upon delivery.
• Incorrect items delivered compared to the billing invoice.
• Products with expired dates upon arrival.

3. Refunds Execution

Once return eligibility is checked and approved, refunds are processed back to your original source of payment (for prepaid orders) or via store credits/bank transfers within 5-7 business days.
